The class were continuing with the topic Number. We have been using a mixture of resources covering mental arithmetic and also Magic Squares.
The class have all completed their first homework on the MyMaths website and this was then followed with another homework which was submitted on Friday. Almost everyone has been working hard and if anyone completes the assigned work, there is always extension work available to stretch any individual. I regularly inform the class of which question they should have reached if they are working hard, and we go over the answers frequently with my marking jotters as often as I can.
