The class sat the test based on the topics covered Integers, 2D & 3D shapes – Triangles & Quadrilaterals (including Angles and Areas), Fractions, Ratio & Proportion and Equations & Expressions.
The class sat an Upper Test at Level 3 and anyone getting 75% or above was given the Level 4 Test whilst anyone getting a less than optimal result was also given an easier test. The results of the test were given along with a review of the answers to the tests.
We then started the topic Multiples, Factors & Primes / Powers & Roots with a look at what is a multiple? This was followed by copying two tables dealing with squares/square roots and cubes/cube roots which the class are expected to learn as this will help not only with this topic but later topics on Scientific Notation and Pythagoras.
